Tammy Rowe joined the exhale family in 2006 after dancing professionally with the Chicago Bulls, Royal Caribbean, and numerous productions in New York City and Europe. She brings her dance background, expertise in movement and inspiring energy to each class. Tammy is a National Teacher Trainer for exhale and can be seen on the Core Fusion 174 Power Sculpt and Pure Intensity DVDs.

Tammy Rowe is one of my favorites. I was short on time so decided to do a Cardio Express. I received a better workout in 45 minutes than I do sometimes in 60 minute classes. She is truly amazing. (Posted on 6/13/2015)

Great workout. Can't see the instructor when she is at the side of the class, so a bit hard to figure out some of the moves, such as what to do with your arms on the side lunges. So one star off for that. Overall, good class though and get just as sweaty as a full length class. (Posted on 7/3/2014)

As a previous poster wrote: surprisingly impressed! I'm a runner and the type that usually can't get a sweaty workout inside unless it's something like advanced taebo or bootcamp. This one gave me a sweat! Plus, lots of variety so you don't get bored, some additional abs/core work at the end -- all in 45 minutes with no downtime or time wasted (this is a pet peeve of mine with some of the other cardio workouts on here and with studio classes in general!). Will return to again when I'm not up for going out for a run! (Posted on 7/1/2014)
