This ballet inspired, core-centric class focuses on isolated exercises, alignment, flexibility and posture as you work through targeted mindful muscle movements. Push yourself to the limit - and then find balance - as every hard worked muscle is followed by a deep, relaxing stretch. Open to all levels. Have a barre or chair, light hand weights, a ball, and socks available.

John Nelson moved to Chicago from the Washington, D.C. area in the summer of 2005. He found Lotte Berk method in a teeny tiny studio back in D.C. the following summer. That Fall, he was lucky enough to find exhale in Chicago and making the transition from regular guest to teacher trainee in 2007 was an easy one.
