Fred DeVito
Fred is the first male barre teacher in the world. He has been teaching Barre for over 30 years and leads Exhale's Barre teacher trainings around the world. Fred's Barre classes have great pace, flow, and progressions plus they are challenging and fun! Fred's classes incorporate current dance and pop music with strong rhythms. His trademark quote is "If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you!" Fred is a co-author of the Barre Fitness book. His extensive knowledge of Barre workouts will make you fall in love with his classes!
