This is not yoga Review by Jessica
First time I"m doing core fusion. I find i barely have time to get out of childs pose before they are moving on. Not a lot of modifications and this is level 1. what if you have bad knees, back etc. and it's already starting when you hit play. I liked the weights with arms but don't have the right size band. I'd rather do strength building yoga than this but I liked the teacher's positivity. (Posted on 6/18/2018)
