Forearm stand peak pose Review by Amelia
At first, I was a little turned off by the amount of direction and description. However, I've been working on forearm stand for close to a year and this class was amazing for improving form and alignment. Loved the gradual progression of poses leading into full forearm stand. (Posted on 1/29/2018)
