This is a down and dirty shorter flow sequence that targets the largest muscle of the body—the gluteus maximus—with an aim at creating a more lifted and tight butt! Legs and abdominals also get the added benefit of this creative sequence as balance is challenged and core integration is used for stability. Interesting class. I did not find it particularly challenging for the legs but my usual workout is Core Fusion. Though they did get a bit of a workout, will see how sore the muscles are tomorrow... It was a nice change and very relaxing. I found the teacher's instructions really clear, and I liked that it moved at not too fast a pace as that made it easy to process the instructions and keep up.
