Technology has made it possible to be accessible at any hour of the day. It&#8217;s especially difficult to disconnect when you work from home. If you add in additional stress from the COVID-19 pandemic, it&#8217;s hard to disconnect from work to enjoy the things that you love.<\/p>\n<p>A recent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipsos.com\/en\/covid-19-pandemics-impact-workers-lives\">World Economic Forum-Ipsos study<\/a>\u00a0surveyed over 12,000 adults about work-related challenges as a result of the pandemic.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7978\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yogavibes.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/graph.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"438\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.yogavibes.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/graph.jpg 994w, https:\/\/www.yogavibes.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/graph-300x193.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.yogavibes.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/graph-768x494.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Half of the participants have experienced difficulty in finding work-life balance. This is happening across age groups and across the globe. But how do you improve your work-life balance? We have some tips to share with you!<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Set boundaries<\/strong>. What aspects of your life are you unwilling to sacrifice? This could be family dinners, exercise, or time to engage in a hobby.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Create a schedule<\/strong>. Then, stick to it consistently. Life happens, of course, but do your best to maintain your routine.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Treat your body with kindness<\/strong>. Get enough rest, eat nutritious food, exercise, and avoid alcohol and smoking. A healthy body and a healthy mind go hand-in-hand.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Take breaks<\/strong>. Consider going for a quick walk or taking a 15-20 minute yoga class.
