When practiced incorrectly it can lead to discomfort in the knees and lower back. But this is only because, as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yogavibes.com\/videos\/teachers\/jeanne-heileman\">Jeanne Heileman<\/a> says, the pose is misunderstood. Once you get aligned, you\u2019ll realize it isn\u2019t so bad. In fact, it can feel super yummy.
