After the standing hip openers, you'll come into several internally rotated poses and twists, including revolved extended side angle, revolved triangle and Warrior III. Then making your way onto your stomach for three bow poses and a restful child's pose. You'll close the practice with a long pigeon pose with the option to twist, and a peaceful savasana.
