Really good class. Great theme, pacing, and cueing (although not many alignment cues). I felt like I was really "in" class and wasn't distracted by the fact that the teacher was actually on my computer. I liked the core strengthening and variety of backbends in particular. My one complaint is that I could have used more cool down/unwind time before going into Savasana. The closing sequence is several backbends leading up to Wheel (3x), Pigeon (long holds), and crossed knee reclined spinal twists. My nervous system was too jazzed from the backbends and Pigeon to get into a deep Savasana. Also, I did it with shins on a chair as my low back felt tweaky - again, more unwinding the back would have helped. So doing it again, I would pause the class before Savasana and add in a few extra back release/unwind poses. Otherwise, a great class. I will definitely take more classes with this teacher again and really look forward to someday being able to do so in "real life." (Posted on 1/1/2015)
