In this "middle height" hip conditioning practice, you'll work to strengthen the deep stabilizing muscles of your hips as you explore their range of motion through movements that require both inner and outer rotation. Opportunities to add more spice or sweetness are given with each new pose/movement, so you can do this practice regularly and still feel the right level of challenge every time. Please have a block handy, as well as an optional blanket for extra cushion under the knees and/or hips.
