This hip conditioning practice will keep you low to the ground—though not exactly in repose! Through a variety of postures and controlled movements, expect to get acquainted with the muscles in your hips, as well as your glutes, hamstrings, and core. Note: you may wish to have a blanket available as extra cushion under your hips for certain poses, especially if you're practicing on a hard surface.
