Kurt Johnsen founded American Power Yoga, a system of physical and inner strength, and has trained and certified dozens of APY instructors. He hosts the TV show Yoga for Life and is the official yoga instructor of the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders. Johnsen has trained in Lama Yoga, Tibetan Heart Yoga, Tibetan Tai Chi, qigong, acupuncture, jujutsu and Tai chi chuan. He is a master of the Lightning Fire Mountain system of Tibetan Kung Fu. His yoga teachers include Manju Jois, Beryl Bender Birch, Seane Corne and Bryan Kest.

Starting out again after a 4 year break. Quick enough to remind the body we have to move and intense enough for the body to realize it has not moved in a LONG time..gotta find some blue dots. (Posted on 8/26/2019)
