What's Included:
This is a strong hip opening class with lots of standing poses, leading to Eka Pada Galavasana (Flying Pigeon Pose) and ending with lots of twisting and a long hold in double pigeon pose. Expect to sweat and find a deep release. A block and blanket are recommended.
