Open up your hamstrings in this level 2 Vinyasa flow! Begin with a slow flow sequence that will gently open the backs of the legs, then move through the same sequence one breath per movement. Hold several high lunges to strengthen the legs, while continuing to open up the hamstrings in between lunges. The class started out slow, and I began to doubt the "crazy sweaty flow" classification, but about halfway through the class kicked it up a notch. I'm still not sure it is crazy, but it was a good practice. (Posted on 1/2/2015)

Love every single class of Goldie's! By far, one of my favorite teachers on here! I always feel challenged but calm and aware. PLEASE, more videos!!! I can't express how nice it would be to have a few more classes! (Posted on 8/3/2014)

Like her but wish she could have a more smoothing voice--she sounds about fifteen. This is a great class to take when my knees hurt and my hammies and t-bands feel tight! (Posted on 9/16/2013)

I just took this class with my 11 year old and my 8 year old. They both loved it and were very receptive to the sequences! It's too difficult for them, but they wanted to join in while I was doing it. It was fun for everyone and we loved Goldie's pace, teaching style, and sequences! Keep them coming indeed!!! I really like this instructor and the other classes coming out of this particular studio. This class was great-- well paced continuous flow with some good holds, challenging but straight forward and accessible. Very good overall workout. Keep this coming please! (Posted on 8/12/2013)
