Very much enjoyed this class. Great warm-up to Wheel and nice unwind at the end. A little longer Savasana would have been nice, but you can obviously easily add that on at home on your own. Recommended! (Posted on 2/2/2015)

I enjoyed this class a lot and finished it… and it's rare for me to get through a 75 minute online class at home without some distractions. I love the pace of Forrest classes in general and this one did not disappoint. Nothing compares to Forrest style hands on adjustments and just seeing this instructor adjust others on the screen helped me feel those benefits as well. Thanks for this, and more Forrest Yoga classes please! (Posted on 11/13/2014)

Oh my! Hello quads. Nice to see you. This video has a really intense (read loooonnnggg) portion of squatting warrior I/II while backbending, and less upper body and core. I also don't recall much arm balancing and inversions, except for an optional pincha mayurasana at the end, in lieu of a full wheel (urdhva dhanurasana). (Posted on 6/12/2013)
