Fun and impressive! Review by Brittany
I very much enjoyed this quick, focused class! I have been working for the past few months on taking my handstand away from the wall. This class incorporated handstand into sun salutations in a way that allowed me to find the balance of handstand much faster and more easily than simply kicking up against the wall. I'd recommend it for anyone working on their handstand. Also, the teacher is totally right that handstands can and should be fun! This class does that, too. :) (Posted on 2/24/2017)
