This online yoga sequence by Kim McNeil is designed to help increase flexibility of the quads and hip flexors. You'll move from Anjaneyasana (Crescent Lunge) to Ardha Hanumanasana (Half-Split or Reverse Lunge) to Hanumanasana (Full Splits). Learn several modifications and work with props for optimal support.
