Jeanne Heileman was first introduced to the practice in 1985. Since then, she's been a devoted student of many different yoga styles and yoga-related healing modalities, including Tantra, ParaYoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Ayurveda. Since completing her yoga teacher training in 1996, Jeanne has traveled the world to share her powerful teachings. Her inimitable, spirited style combines substance and superb cues with some humor. Jeanne has the power to sooth, instruct and transport her students to deeper places, both in mind and body. Her areas of focus on YogaVibes: Chakras, Vinyasa Flow, Meditation and Pranayama.
