Kundalini Yoga: Meditation Technique for Inner Stability

Yoga Class Description

This meditation will support your radiance and pranic body - your life force - and also, help to remove your reaction to fear and anything else that makes you unsteady. As you expand the pranic body, you'll create a quality of consistent presence and an inner stability that gives you access to your wisdom. In this meditation with Kiyomi Takahashi, you will experience a potent combination of yogic techniques: mudra (hand position) and pranayama (breath control techniques) in conjunction with yogic body techniques to fulfill its purpose. Hold the pose steadily, suspend the exhale, and without breathing, pump the navel point 26 times. With each count, visualize the upward moving light illuminating every single vertebra from your tail bone to your skull. You can practice this meditation for as short as 3 minutes and up to 11 minutes.
