In this short online yoga tutorial, Adri Kyser will be offering some tips on how to establish a strong foundation, learn control and use some preparatory poses to get you into this beginner friendly variation of bakasana or crow pose. You will use some props to help you let go of fear and begin your flying adventure. Blankets or a bolster and a block will be used for this variation.
