Classroom STRIPES "Tune Up" (Done in Minutes)

Alice Redding, STRIPES Yoga, Richardson, TX - During this demonstration you will get a chance to see the three easy steps of STRIPES: Step #1 is slow, deep breathing, Step #2 is movements for the body and brain and Step #3 is quiet sitting or stillness (for just one minute). In this vignette a student is demonstrating how to do STRIPES in the classroom before a test to help students get focused and calm.
