This class was just what I needed after coming in from a run in the hot Florida air. My body was hot, my hips were a bit tight and cranky and I needed a nice, deep, slow, cool down stretch sequence to help my muscles out. Rolf said, "That when you stretch the body and remove tension from it, you actually de-age the body." What a difference a good stretch makes after a run. Thanks.
