This class was a nice balance between flow and surrender. It made it especially nice with a gorgeous sunset, great cueing with enthusiastic but yet calm voice that Amy had while teaching. Of course, the music added a uniqueness to the class. Thanks for all those hamstring openers I sure needed them.
