This online yoga class focuses on poses that are fantastic for those in their second trimester, but can also work well for anytime in pregnancy. After a prenatal specific warm-up, we focus primarily on hip openers. These are grounding poses that can help bring calmness and contentedness in a time of great change. They also prepare the body for the great transformation of the birth process. Students cultivate feeling grounded, calm, refreshed and connected to their bodies, babies and earth. Have a bolster or pillow, blanket, strap and block available. (30 mins.)
