I'm a huge fan of Kino's Youtube vids, and was excited to try the full Primary Series under her direction. She has an excellent sense of timing and focus, and gives clear instruction. You can tell that the students are really inspired. I wish the room was a little brighter and less packed, so you can see what's going on a little better, but if I was there I would've squeezed my mat right on in there, too. I hope she comes to the Bay Area some day. p.s. "Primary Series" is a complete misnomer... it is a very challenging (and long) practice.
