this class is a great way to start a day. from being sung into a state of blissful worthiness and gratitude at the beginning, to the instructor's on/off mat verbal cues - this is just an all-around great class, and i wish i could experience it live. oh, another treat is simply viewing it, as a few of her class members are just gorgeous to watch.
