Yoga Class Description

In this online yoga class, Kia Miller teaches a signature YogaWorks class that balances precise instruction and alignment with breath, movement and flow with a focus on opening the hamstrings and forward bending. A flow of Sun Salutes and postures are skillfully sequenced, and modifications are given to individualize the practice for each student. The YogaWorks Teacher Training Program is based on this clear and effective style of practice. (63 mins.)
