Yoga Class Description

This online yoga practice opens you up with a longer warm up, including Sun Salutations with a twist. The creative standing poses test your balance, and the upper body work adds an extra challenge by forcing you to engage your core while balancing. Finish with a quick cardio shot before melting into pigeon. Have a pair of light hand weights available or do it without! Thank you to prAna for providing the yoga mats. (29 mins.)
