Yoga Class Description

Learn how to approach the challenging arm balancing poses, Bakasana (Crow Pose) or Kakasana (Crane Pose), by strengthening the core and using props to get a little extra lift. Every body is different, so find what works for you, even if this is your first time trying. Enjoy a nice warm up and cool down too in this short online yoga class! Have one or two blocks available. (25 mins.)
