Yoga Class Description

Join Annie Carpenter for this short, playful SmartFLOW class. Even though this online yoga class is short, there is not a lack of detail on specific alignment. Annie will help you find optimal alignment while lifting the arms forward and overhead as you work towards one of her very favorite poses, the inversion pincha mayurasana or forearm balance. Have a block and strap available for this practice. (27 mins.)

very short, but nice shoulder and upper back opener. Good challenge within that time. Love the forearm balance against the wall.. very fun!

For a short class it sure was powerful and easy to follow in the detail/cues as usual Annie. I was able to do an arm balance without freaking out!
