Yoga Class Description

Take time to focus on the smaller parts of our body - our wrists, hands, forearms and elbows - in this online yoga class. Taking care of our peripheral parts and all the nerve ending that lie there, has a direct effect on our inner organs and other systems of the body. These parts tend to hold a lot of tension due to all of our computer work, texting, and even all of those chaturangas, and they could use some extra attention to help us relax and de-stress. A great way to prepare your wrists and hands for forearm balance (pincha mayurasana). Have a cushion or pillow available to allow you to take a comfortable seat. (13 mins.)
