Sangeeta Vallabhan has been studying movement for over 25 years, first through dancing and then yoga. She started teaching in the summer of 2003 and began a steady rise in furthering her studies. She has studied at Jivamukti, Golden Bridge (prenatal) and Kula Yoga Project. Sangeeta's classes are soulful, inspiring, and provocative. Her grounding energy reminds us that we are already the embodiment of love. Students are safe to explore their own boundaries of song, thought, and physical expression, affirming the truth and freedom that can be found through consistent practice.
