Yoga Class Description

In this quick, powerful Vinyasa yoga class, you will use yoga postures to strengthen and tone your glutes, abs, arms, and thighs. Though this intense, concentrated, short sequence is very different from a typical class from Laura Burkhart, it is packed with power! Get ready to sweat! All you need is a mat for this class that was filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes. (33 mins.)

I love these classes. I almost feel like I get a better workout in these short versions than I do in some of the long versions. This one has just the right amount of strength and stretch, and certainly core work. When I'm finished with a yoga workout, I want to feel like I've "done" something, not feel like the workout hasn't started yet. With Laura's classes, I always feel accomplished. Perfect level 2 class, just what I was hoping for. On a different note, I'm DYING to know what those striped leggings are on the girl second from the front. .If anyone knows, please please inform me, lol.
