Yoga Class Description

Strengthen your core while staying on the floor. Try different variations and modifications to build strength. Repeat this online yoga practice to connect to the power of your core center in order to protect your back and tap into your joy center. Have a little fun and maintain a sense of humor, no matter how challenging the practice might be. Have a block available. (26 mins.)

Another class for those of us with smaller snippets of time... you get right into it with Gigi and you'll feel this class, both physically and on deeper levels as well. Some hard stuff, but she's gentle throughout. Great instructions, especially helpful when you are lying on the ground!
