Yoga Class Description

Whether you've just had a baby, it's been a few years since you've practice yoga, or you find yourself short on time, this focused flow online yoga practice will help you reintroduce yourself to yoga. Many times when we've taken a break from practice (due to injury) or are post partum, we have issues with core stability, destabilized hips and low back, and overall lack of energy and strength. This yoga practice is designed to safely get you back on track and geared towards promoting core stability throughout and focusing on specific asana (poses) to do just that. A shorter practice that gives you just enough without taking too much time away from your busy day! Have a blanket and block available. (43 mins.)
