Yoga Class Description

In this online yoga class for cyclists (and chair sitters), we work gently to open the front of the body and strengthen the back. Enjoy a focus on hips and shoulders while balancing strength and flexibility. Alternate between spinal extension exercises to work the core and lunges to release the hips, and finish with deep relaxation. Have a block and blanket available. (56 mins.)

This class is a great extended version of the 30-minute yoga for cyclists that first introduced me to Sage's approach. I love that she explains what she is doing in terms of our bodies, and not in jargony yoga terminology.

Didn't realize this was a restorative class when I pressed play... Even so, I found it wonderfully effective at releasing tension in my hips from sitting at my computer all day. Even better, it helped me drift off to bed calmer and less scatter-brained. I'll be looking for more classes from Sage!
