Yoga Class Description

In this online yoga class you will be introduced to the basics of Vinyasa flow sequencing. Because these movements are repeated so frequently in all Vinyasa classes, it is important to make sure you are using proper alignment and good form. Sun Salutations, chaturanga, upward facing dog and downward facing dog will be covered in detail. This is a perfect class for students who are new to Vinyasa classes. (55 mins.)

Despite very good instruction, FOR ME, this was too quick a pace. I have done this CONSISTENTLY for 4 months but could not maintain the pace. Will revisit this class towards the end of the year. I had to stop at 22 minutes.
