Yoga Class Description

In this online yoga class, appropriate for all levels, we enjoy gentle but thorough stretches for the hips and hamstrings, using the wall or a chair to support us. This multitasking gives the recovery and calming benefits of inversion even as we bring athletic hips into balance. Along the way, learn to relax deeply to foster your recovery and bring your whole system into equilibrium. Before you begin, take a moment to set an intention for your practice. (44 mins.)
