Yoga Class Description

This was too much sun salutation at the start for my post run knees- or at least, the sun salutations moved too quickly for my sensitive knees after the run. There were some good stretches after the salutations, but my knees don't feel nearly as fresh as after some of my other favorite post-run yoga routines.
