Sage Rountree must be my favorite instructor on this site. I do appreciate that her classes are cut into sections that I can do quickly to target specific tight areas, but I agree with others that it would be nice to have the whole class as it was presented (and maybe that exists elsewhere on the site?) I think this could be classified as a yin class. It pretty much is even as the holds aren't super long...and is more yin than some of the "yin style" classes that are labeled as such.

Stretches felt good, but not the full class, so joins late and ends early. I didn't like that. Also, there were times when I couldn't see the instructor.

Really love this teacher but I don't love the fact that the class seems to be part of a longer class so it stops rather suddenly with no savasana.
