I always learn so much from you! Namaste

I often do this while in bed just before going to sleep -- for a distance runner and urban walker like myself it really is the perfect way to stretch, relax, and get the gunk out of the legs and shoulders so that I sleep better. Thanks!

Fantastic way to wake up my tense shoulders and hips for a full day of teaching. As a marathoner, I really appreciate your attention to some areas that runners tend to be very tight; calves, hamstrings... Thank you.
