Yoga Class Description

This 60-minute yoga class is designed for men, but anyone can benefit from this basic sequences that moves slowly. Learn the basics with this instructional-based sequence targeting the hips and shoulders and understanding the language of standing poses. This class ends with light stretching, creating a well-balanced feeling in the body and mind. Have two blocks and a strap available. (59 mins.)
