Yoga Class Description

This 20-minute online yoga sequence, ideally performed as the last thing you do before crawling under the covers, settles the body and nervous system and prepares your body for deeper rest and for less creakiness in the morning. You will practice poses that are close to the ground and promote hip opening. Have a blanket available for this practice that was filmed live at Yoga Tree Telegraph with Abby Tucker. (22 mins.)
