Yoga Class Description

After a long day, it's important to take time to slow down and focus on the breath. This online yoga practice will incorporate deep breathing, mindful movements and a gentle Vinyasa sequence. We will end the practice with flowing movements on the floor and a deep meditation. Afterwards you will be in the perfect state to enjoy a relaxing evening, take a bath or head to bed for a good night's sleep! Have two blocks available. (31 mins.)

Level: 1 Focus: Beginner Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Ayurveda Yoga
