Excellent work in the shoulders, neck, hips and core. No, its not crazy sweaty flow, but it did get me winded at times. It's a feel-good class.

Jennifer D

Thank you!!! My whole body feels wonderful!,,,

Renee M

15 minutes in and still doing core work. That's fine but it's not the course description.

Stefanie W

Im so surprised by the negative reviews. I LOVED this class and thought Pete was great. It was not fast paced, but I like that, since It sometimes takes me a moment to get upright or move around. He made sure to bring attention to alignment, which I also love. My neck, hip and shoulders feel amazing!

Angela R

This class does not flow at all.

Aaryn K

Ok class, but not my style - certainly not a "sweaty flow". There were some great postures that I haven't seen before, but I wanted more of a flow style class. Pete has great energy, though, and if you're looking for shoulder and hip openers, this might be for you!

Debra G

This really isn't a sweaty flow class. Good for stretching your shoulders, though.

Denise F

Love this class! It gets right into a sweaty 60 minute workout and ends with a short savasana. It's a no nonsense flow. Plus, for the first time in my life, my neck actually felt better after a yoga class.

Natalia A

not a lot of flow. No warm up. Cueing errors by the instructor were distracting.

Alexandra G

Loved this class!
