Yoga Class Description

Visvamitrasana is a hip opening, hamstring focused arm balance. This online yoga practice with Coral Brown will open the side body and lengthen the hamstrings and shoulders, while sharpening the connection between the wisdom body and the yoga mind. Have two blocks and a strap available for this practice that was filmed live at All That Matters. (60 mins.)
