Yoga Class Description

Find balance between awakening energies and softening or quieting energies in this 30-minute SmartFLOW class perfect for your at home morning yoga practice. Start slow, gaining an awareness of the breath, followed by a seated warm-up and pranayama. Challenge yourself with a standing flow. Give-in to gravity with a reclining hip stretch, twists, and finally savasana. Have a block and blanket available. (29 mins.)

So yummy- Annie is so great at bringing awareness to movements, postures and the breath. I agree with others here that this is a good sequence for first thing in the morning or right before bed.

Great short calming class, think this would work equally well first thing out of bed or last thing before bed. My first Annie class looking forward to her longer classes.

I was worried this would be too basic, but it was actually just what I needed. Rather than a hurried flow, it was challenging by focusing inward and focus on balance of effort and ease. Just what I needed this am. Thansk Annie for reminding me that a lot of good comes from letting go of the struggle.
