Smart Sequence Flow: Twists and Side Body - Vinyasa Yoga Online

In this online Vinyasa yoga class, you will begin with a slow flow warm-up focused on the side body and twisting, then move into variations of Surya Namaskar, followed by a standing sequence and floor sequence. You'll work up to and then down from parsva bakasana, moving gracefully through lunges, core work and hip openers. (64 mins.)

I love Ame's classes! She puts together sequences which flow so naturally from one movement to the next, with each set building up to more advanced stretches, twists or poses. I once tried another on-line yoga class but found it too hard to follow since i was watching it on my computer. This time i was following Ame's class and it was on my small iPad screen but it was like being right in the class. I live an hour from any yoga class so these on-line yoga classes with Ame are perfect!
