Yoga Class Description

In this online Vinyasa yoga class, you will be moving vigorously through dynamic standing postures and a few inversions to build strength in the arms and shoulders and heat in the deeper muscles of the hips to get ready for take-off into flying pigeon pose. This is a level 2/3 class with a focus on hip-opening and arm balances. Filmed live at Yoga Vida with Kat Fowler. Have two blocks available. (67 mins.)
